To provide immediate
availability with popular
models, the model you receive
may differ slightly from what is
pictured online. The pictures
here online are to give a
reasonable example of what you
will be receiving, with emphasis
primarily on horsepower, braking
system, general size, and other
major features that typically
dictate market price. Planet
MiniMotos will ship the most
readily available model that
matches these major criteria.
Payment Policy
Planet MiniMotos currently
accepts Visa and MasterCard,
money orders, and cashier's
checks. We do not add credit
card surcharges to your
purchases. Planet MiniMotos
ships to credit card billing
addresses only. All orders found
not to be billing addresses will
be cancelled immediately. You
will be notified via phone or
e-mail if your order has been
cancelled.
If for any reason the customer
wishes to have the order shipped
to an address other than the
credit card’s billing address,
payment can be made through a
wire transfer. Please contact us
for more information on this
payment option.
Safety Information
Please always wear a helmet and
protective gear such as knee and
elbow pads. Ride responsibly and
do not ride at night. Do not let
kids ride unattended. Always
check the tire pressure and
proper function of the brakes
prior to riding.
Please be advised that some
scooters are not street legal in
some states, other states
restrict the usage to riders 16
years of age and older. Please
check with your local transit
authorities or DMV prior to
purchase and/or use.
INSURANCE: YOUR INSURANCE
POLICIES MAY NOT PROVIDE
COVERAGE FOR ACCIDENTS INVOLVING
THE USE OF THIS SCOOTER. TO
DETERMINE IF COVERAGE IS
PROVIDED, YOU SHOULD CONTACT
YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR AGENT.
Waiver and Limitation of
Liability
You hereby acknowledge that the
warranty provided herein and the
accompanying obligations and
liabilities of Planet MiniMotos,
planetminimotos.com,
cycleoutletusa.com, Cycle Outlet
USA, LLC, its affiliates,
officers or employees
(collectively Planet MiniMotos)
are exclusive and you hereby
waive all other remedies,
warranties, guarantees or
liabilities, expressed or
implied, arising by law or
otherwise, whether or not
occasioned by the negligence of
Planet MiniMotos. You
acknowledge by your use of
Planet MiniMotos’ products that
your use of the products and any
reliance upon them is at your
sole risk, and that you assume
full responsibility for all
costs associated with all
necessary servicing or repairs
of any equipment you use in
connection with Planet MiniMotos'
products.
PLANET MINIMOTOS HAS PRICED ITS
PRODUCTS UPON THE UNDERSTANDING,
AND YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE
UNDERSTANDING, THAT PLANET

RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY
FORM OF CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE,
EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF
WHATEVER KIND OR TYPE ARISING
FROM ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL,
BUSINESS, ENVIRONMENTAL, TORT,
WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT
LIABILITY OR OTHER CAUSES
ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY
PRODUCT AND/OR ITS USE.
Follow all instructions and heed
all warnings accompanying any
product ordered from the Site.
Always wear a helmet and
protective gear, respect all
traffic laws.
YOU AGREE NOT TO JOIN IN ANY
LAWSUIT WITH ANOTHER PERSON OR
SERVE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE
OF ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
AGAINST PLANET MINIMOTOS ARISING
OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF
PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM PLANET
MINIMOTOS.
INDEMNIFICATION: YOU AGREE TO
DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD
COMPLETELY HARMLESS PLANET
MINIMOTOS FROM AND AGAINST ANY
AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS,
AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING
ATTORNEYS’ FEES, ARISING FROM OR
RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE
PRODUCTS PURCHASED VIA THE SITE.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO
AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING

OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE
ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF
USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL
VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO
THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A
FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR
PART.
